    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns are only accepted within 4 days of purchase.
  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    In order to process your return, you must provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon receipt. This video helps us ensure the accuracy of your return claim.
  1. Refund Policy:
    Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only. Store credits can be used towards future purchases on our website.

  1. Due to hygiene reason teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Return process will be briefed directly over call, whatsapp or email once the request is accepted.

  3. Order cancellation request needs to be made within before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.
